Hi all, thank you for helping :) Yes I do have Windows 7 64 bit. I just downloaded and installed UniConvertor (the windows msi) at the link provided and I got the exact same error. I did not reboot, is it necessary? I have too much going on to reboot right now. With the installer, I used the normal installation and installed to the default location. Was that correct?
