I've read the material, begin to buld as described in: http://wiki.inkscape.org/wiki/index.php/Win32Port#Build_The_Inkscape_Binary

When I commanding:

btool

It answers:

BuildTool v0.9.9 PARSE: build.xml Make error line 0: Could not open build.xml for reading.

I'll be happy if someone tells me how to deal with it.
