Hey All,
One of the last major contests held on DA was won by an Inkscape user.
There is something to be said for both people's creativity and their
tools of choice. :)

I've read the material, begin to buld as described in:
http://wiki.inkscape.org/wiki/index.php/Win32Port#Build_The_Inkscape_Binary
When I commanding:
btool
It answers:
BuildTool v0.9.9
PARSE: build.xml
Make error line 0: Could not open build.xml for reading.
I'll be happy if someone tells me how to deal with it.

If you built buildtool.cpp at the root, btool.exe should be at the same
place that build.xml

Yes, these files are in the same directory. The problem remains.
