I don't see the Inkscape logo in that image, but yes it is trademarked. For the most part you can use the Inkscape logo in anything you want as long as you aren't trying to use it to confuse another product with Inkscape. So don't make your own vector editor and call it lnkscape and use the logo :-) When we trademarked the logo we were really careful with the terms of use, we realize that Inkscape community is made up of a ton of artists.
