I use Mozilla 1.7.12 ; From the inkscape home page (french and english) the download link href to : http://www.inkscape.org/download/?css=css/base.css http://www.inkscape.org/download/?lang=en&css=css/base.css from these links i get page with HTML source...

Fortunately when I modify manually the link to http://www.inkscape.org/download/ I get the download page.
