[Inkscape-devel] Changes to hpgl output

I have made some changes to hpgl_output, see https://bugs.launchpad.net/inkscape/+bug/391923

I have to catch a train to the north of Thailand in a couple of hours, please test, modify and commit as you like.

I will only occasionally be on the Internet the next two month.
