In any case, we must fix it before we can think about 0.45, because now that we don't have static rpms anymore, not providing an autopackage will make the release pretty much useless on the Linux side - for those who don't want to compile, the only way to try it will be to wait for their distros to upgrade, which usually takes months.

Once a working static RPM or Autopackage appears, I'll update the Zero Install feed to include it too.
