No, but it seems to be loaded by the application. That should be hunted down and removed.

They do exist.
They do, but again, the app seems to want to load them even though they're not being used.

what are these? isn't fill and layout what we already have for the dialog?
I'm not sure. :) I compiled this list originally from error codes and later from removing unused (as in, no error) files from the icon list.
I haven't looked for where they're all used. I can hunt that down (and I'll fix the seemingly redundant use of the fill_*xpm's.
