I have marked him as ineligible per his desire to not participate this year. This was done to take his proposal out of the ranking queue, so it is more accurate for the students that wish to participate.
Johan, we're sorry it wasn't able to work out this year with your schedule, but we all go through busy spells and know it wasn't an easy choice to make on your end.
