Hi all,
Unfortunately the recent changes in the devlibs have introduced major regressions when opening and saving files on win32. I've just reverted the changes in Inkscape revision 11820 and uncommitted the devlibs r36 (the new stable revision is thus r35).

If someone has clues on how to solve it, it would be very helpful.
