[Inkscape-devel] WIN32 locale setting infiltrates Inkscape UI

Hi,

Not sure if this is closely related to bug [ 1250581 ] "WIN32: Inkscape uses locale settings for determining UI lang" so I post it to the list.

On an ENGLISH WinXP system with Russian locale set I get russian buttons in Inkscape dialogs (all the rest of Inkscape's UI is in English as it should). I post a screenshot of the bug attached to this mail.

Is this an Inkscape bug, or a GTK one?
