[Inkscape-devel] Fix into string freeze

I want to update the non descriptive text on meassure tool on file: ui/tools/meassure-tool.cpp:781 "Add Stored to measure tool" for something like: "Add phantom meassure -as reference- to the tool" or anything better.  This occurrence happends on undo of a function that insert a measure as phantom -for compare- in grey color and persitent trought new measures. Thanks Maren for pointing me this wrong. Is ok made the update? Cheers, Jabier.
