I can provide Win32 builds on demand next year (here in Kolkata, India I can't really upload that much; next year I'll be back in Melbourne, Australia, and able to upload builds once more). I can't really automate the process though, and I'm not going to build and upload them manually consistently every few days... they'll continue to need to be requested for me to build them.
