I can provide Win32 builds on demand next year (here in Kolkata, India I can't
really upload that much; next year I'll be back in Melbourne, Australia, and able
to upload builds once more).
This is not my main OS, but I also compile Inkscape on Vista (for testing purposes)
regularly.
Thus I can upload (with no bandwidth restriction) a zipped snapshot, at least weekly.
