"Extension to save document (%s) was not found." (file.cpp)
What kind of extension does this mean? As in "Quark extension", or "file extension"?
It's the same as module. Since this message also speaks about filename extensions, it's rather confusing. I changed it to:
"No Inkscape extension found to save document (%s). This may have been caused by an unknown filename extension."
