[Inkscape-devel] NEW: Make a bitmap copy

The new command, Make a bitmap copy (Alt+B), exports a bitmap of the selected objects (hiding all other objects of the document), saves it as a PNG file alongside the document, and imports it back into the document. This can be used e.g. to replace objects with gradients or transparency by bitmaps for printing or PS/EPS export.
