There are no major ui changes since last published mockup. I still need to decide which part of the dialog will be scrolled (and how to do it) and how to retrieve templates info from the svg file. You can also see an empty entry in the templates list. That's something disturbing as origins of this empty entry are completely unknown.

Real Inkscape templates are loaded by the dialog. Using the dialog actually creates new document from the given template . Dialog has been added as a menu item to the file menu
