[Inkscape-devel] Win64 testing needed: high dpi

Hi all, I just added high-dpi awareness to the Win64 manifest. It makes all the icons pretty tiny on my system, but I think it's a step in the right direction. :)

Could someone please test if this breaks Inkscape on a non-highdpi system? Note: only the 64-bit build is affected.
