The bug is a bit difficult to investigate because it only affects some (but not all) intel graphic cards, and on Windows only. I'm still not sure the bug comes from the Cairo lib or the way we use it. Note that the win32 devlibs still uses an old 1.11.2 Cairo lib (not affected).
IIRC there are some other win32 related things to fix. I'll try to give a list later today.
