Somehow I missed the one located where you indicated and it is indicating the correct version, but the unpacked size is 223mb vs 239mb from sourceforge.

thanks for your comment. I will investigate in this. I will push an other snapshot today ... Meanwhile you can use the auto-generated snapshots at http://inkscape.modevia.com/win32. Though there is no installer.
