Hi Inkscapers,
this is a reminder to book your flights, trains, hotel room etc. for the Saarbrücken Hackfest as soon as possible, if you haven't yet!
If you are approved and plan to ask for reimbursement, remember to abide by Software Freedom Conservancy's Travel Policy: https://sfconservancy.org/projects/policies/conservancy-travel-policy.html
Also please enter yourself and (at least) the dates you will attend into the table at http://wiki.inkscape.org/wiki/index.php/Hackfest2019_Saarbr%C3%BCcken_Attend...
I need to report the number of attendees for the Hackfest at k8 in two weeks - everyone who is not on the list by then risks to have to work from their hotel room ;-) (probably not really...).
Also, if you will attend LGM, too, please register on their website!
The schedule for the pre-event, where Inkscape will have a booth, on May 29 is available here (scroll down, in German): https://opensaar.de/2019/04/libre-graphis-meeting-in-saarbruecken/
If anyone wants to support Mihaela and Marc at the booth, please add your name to the list here: http://wiki.inkscape.org/wiki/index.php/Hackfest2019_Saarbr%C3%BCcken#May.2C...
On another note: the hackfest stickers are ready: https://chat.inkscape.org/channel/team_vectors?msg=NHW5ZY2mPiHrk2YEJ
The rollup display arrived today, but it needs to acclimatize before it's rolled out, so I can't show it yet.
Regards, Maren
