Hi,
The captions and tooltips on the Metadata tab (in document prefs) seem to still not be localizable (except for 2 of them: "License" and "Proprietary").
I think the translators just haven't filled them in.
I did.
I see all the stirngs in the inkscape.pot file
Yes, as I mentioned, Gettext extracts them.
What locale are you using?
