Hi Lucas!
There is no way to open CDR X5 files because UniConvertor doesn't support this format. CDR X5 is differ from CDR7-CDR X4 formats. So you just need waiting for CDR X5 format support in UniConvertor or ask your partners to save CDR file in older format.
