Is it possible to have an "options panel" related to that selected extension. So that I see the available options _before_ pressing the <save> button?
Right now I get the options box after I pressed the <save> button.

Round one here gets rid of the "Append filename extension automatically" checkbox and instead updates the extension live in the dialog.
