I have a conventional roll mouse attached to the PC, working in parallel
with the Wacom.
I just got the thought, that it may be needed in order for proper
initialization. Have you also a roll mouse attached?

Ok, so I still have a copy of the precompiled Win32 builds from the period
when my Wacom Intuous still worked. I extracted build 19763 and it does
work
when the recent build does not (for me).
Since I haven't been able compile with prior revisions of Devlib, might
there be a trick where I can copy files from the old pre-compiled build to
a
new one and see if my tablet works then?
