This SIM can be hanled by one board member and dont need to accept calls but SMS. About the tablet is only because is more manegable than a phone to write.

Inkscape on a phone would be interesting. But it presents it's own set of user experience issues.
If it was to ever happen, it would need many people to work on the design before code was even touched.
Although maybe with Gtk3 and Glade we'd have a shot at working some of those problems out... but depends on how easy it would be to package a C++ app for a mobile too. Not impossible for f-droid, but highly unlikely for iphone or regular play store.
