Having Effects instead of Effect is not an issue for me. Not having mnemonic key for that menu is an issue for me. Whether the first or the second change is inroduced, the string will become fuzzy. This is not an issue for me again, since I've already finished translation and sent it to tracker, and so can do small adjustments to ru.po any time. Which may be different for other people. This is not majority/minority issue. This is presence of spare time issue :)
