Hello,
This page does not mention inkscape.com versus inkscape.exe. I wasted many
hours yesterday, eventually discovered this: http://kaioa.com/node/63 and

I realized my problem is I was executing inkscape.exe and not inkscape from
the command prompt.
I'd like to clarify the issue so others do not go down the same path.
