The new print dialog looks impressive, but it does not work. I choose print to lpr and nothing happens (ubuntu 6.10). It worked fine before the last overhaul (about a month ago). Print preview button also does nothing, just closes the print dialog. Printing to file also fails to create any file.
I think this must be addressed asap, since I'm not the only one complaining about this.
Confirmed on Ubuntu 7.10.

Note that Kees is out of town and away from the computer through the holidays, so unless someone else takes a look it may be a week or so before Kees can work on it.
Fwiw, I configured Inkscape with lcms; I don't know if that matters, however I saw a warning relating to color_management when I invoked print.
