So it sounds like it's geographical coverage (e.g.., 'Paris, France', for a document talking about a fashion show), or historical coverage ('1776' for a document talking about the U.S. War of Independence).

Is "License" the name of a namespace?

Looks like this has been changed in the codebase to:

"URI to this document's license's namespace definition."

Basically this is where you put a URL to a page that defines the license.

Yes

Does this mean the same as "classification"?

Yes. It appears this has been updated in the codebase to the following:

"The topic of this document as key words, phrases, or classification."
