Interface buglets
Hi,
Here are a few interface buglets in 0.46+svn:
1. "Duplicate Current Layer..." has "..." but doesn't open a dialog. 2. Icons for flipping/rotating are not being taken from icons.svg. 3. "Extensions" sub-menu items still use "Effects". 4. "Guide around page" should be "Guide Around Page" for consistency. 5. "Display Mode" radio buttons are not updated if one uses "Toggle". 6. "Display Mode->Toggle" only toggles between "Normal" and "Outline, this isn't very clear from the menu.

fixed in revision 21447 now

Do we actually capitalize every word?

And CMS menu item has to be a checkbox really.
- "Display Mode->Toggle" only toggles between "Normal" and "Outline,
this isn't very clear from the menu.
We discussed this a while ago. It is supposed to switch between two last used modes. I don't like it myself :(

From inspection, the rule in Inkscape menus seems to be to capitalize
all words, except for minor words like "a", "to", "from", and "and". The following entries don't follow this rule:
"Import From Open Clip Art Library" "Export To Open Clip Art Library" "Paste In Place" (vs. "Select All in All Layers")
In these cases, one could argue that the "From", "To" and "In" are important enough to justify being capitalized.

If the system has a stock icon for something, that takes precedence.
OK, this seems to be a change in behavior from 0.46. I see that "Select All" and "Duplicate Window" icons also change behavior. Any others I missed?
