Haven't decided my vote yet, but I think the 3rd one needs a small correction in the topleft corner: it should read "An Open Source Scalable Vector _Graphics_ Editor"
Cheers, Johan

Not sure how much I count as a developer, but I like #2 most (by a considerable margin).
One amendment I'd make to them all: they're all using the old logo and should be updated before committing the final release to using the new logo.

I think both 1 and 2 are great, it's a tough choice. 3 is rather generic. I second using the new logo.
Regards, Krzysztof
I vote for the option number 2, which is awesome !

My vote goes to number 2 "Unimount". It comes across as a highly professional design, and it shows all the features (maybe the corrections from version 2 should be applied to the final version).
Cheers, and thanks, to all the participants!!!!

Recently, a study has found there can be withdrawal symptoms from technology use. http://iblogauto.com/2010/04/27/students-face-technology-withdrawal-in-24-ho... The tech-info-overload rarely finds a moment of peace.
#2 is technically brilliant.
#1 is calming amidst the info-storm. It will be an admirable attractor.
Thanks to the authors! Thanks to inkscape-devels!

I agree the others in this discussion. The saturated color of the second one is easy on the eyes (not too bright). I also think it best represents the idea of what Inkscape is, with the program's tools displayed in an attractive manner, and the cloud with the selection box behind it is a particularly inspired touch. It's also very cool.
#3 has some tools, but they're blurred out, and the Inkscape text isn't prominently displayed. #1 is okay, it's a fine piece of art, but I don't think it's appropriate for the program.

#2 but it's missing the new Spray Tool!
Tav
PS. Should the spray tool be so high up in the list of tools?

A version already exists with the Spray Tool... the person backed that entry out because someone complained that it was unfair that I pointed out that it was missing in this one.
PS. Should the spray tool be so high up in the list of tools?
This has been discussed before, and I don't think any real suggestion was made, just the observation (same discussion mentioned the Tweak tool as well).
Cheers, Josh
My votes for #2. What happened to the font requirement for the draw freely tho?

My vote for #3. #2 in second place.
De : john cliff <john.cliff@...400...> What happened to the font requirement for the draw freely tho?
It should at least be Open Source friendly...
BTW, I suggest that we don't translate the about screen for this version. The "Draw freely" text is not easy to change in the selected screens without damage, and I feel it is really unnecessary.

Hi all,
not sure if I count as a developer for this cycle since I've been rather inactive for some time, but if my vote is taken into account it goes to #2. Very nice work from all the applicants, though. Well done!!

I second this.

Oh! I didn't remember the #3 on the first voting page! That is beautiful!!!
