What are our minimum versions currently?
Our requirements say
gdkmm-2.4 glibmm-2.4 gtkmm-2.4 gtk+-2.0 >= 2.8.0
First I was thinking that the *mm ones should match the GTK+ requirement.
Second, I was wondering when we're moving up past 2.8.x?

Yeah, they should.

The plan was Gtk 2.8 for 0.45, and 2.10 for 0.46. So probably would be worthwhile to go ahead and jump to Gtk 2.10 now.

I think that since gtk+-2.0 is the common ancestor, this is sufficient, and means we only need to change the version in one place. :)

Well... we have had people come onto Jabber who are having problems and who happen to have built inkscape with GTK+ 2.8 installed and gtkmm 2.4 also installed.
