i tried to create a starting point for people who want to use Inkscape to create real world stuff: https://inkscape.org/en/draft-do-not-put-live-plotter-and-hpgl-inkscape-mayb... (now the page is empty, dunno why)

But i kinda let it sit/rot and i also have no real knowledge about g-code.

what i wanted to write is an introduction in the usage of the hpgl plotter extension and plotters themselves, what to look out for, what the options do, maybe a faq, common fault points, etc.

do you have enough knowledge about the g-code extensions to write the g-code side of it?

if yes we could sit together and plan how this starting point for many real world interfaces that inkscape has could look like...
