Strength options tend to be: Mild, Medium, and Wtf?!

Just a note that there will be unlimited coffee and tea included with the

venue reservation. I can't vouch for quality though! Also, the venue may complain about us using our own machine for H&S reasons. In any case, I like my coffee on the stronger end of the spectrum :)

Would you mind asking if it's okay to bring ours? It's just a little Nespresso machine and the coffee pods are commercially sealed so it's not really a heath or safety hazard.

It's just... I really hate bad coffee. Lol ;) Based on the video, I'm sure Martin is the same with his lettuce water. Probably worth an ask.

Do we have access to a music or stereo system? Are we allowed to have music? I've got two Bose Soundlinks and a google music subscription that will let us choose whatever we would like to listen to as background music. My dual Bluetooth transmitter also means we can place them at opposite ends of the room for an evenly distributed sound, which allows us to keep the volume down below speaking level and still have a pleasant ambiance.

If you would like to put me in touch with the venue I can ask all the questions, and possibly sweet talk them into saying yes to most of our requests. :)

I'm bringing these items for personal use anyway, so it's no trouble to bring more pods for everyone.

A lunch buffet will be provided each day, but we'll be around 5-10 mins

walk from some decent coffee shops and cafes in Headingley if we want some variety.

Those rightly and thoughtfully worried about the environmental impact of coffee pods can take a bit of relief in the fact that I use the Nespresso pod recycling program: https://www.nespresso.com/uk/en/pages/services-recycling I also have refillable pods so if you'd like to try a cup of my favorite blend, there's that option as well (though it usually takes two of them to get it strong enough). For further environmental friendliness, bring your own mug. :)

I have my concerns about the environmental impact of nespreso coffee pods. The wastage of plastics and non-composting of coffee grounds, I know it's a cost of convenience and with this my complaint out the way, I won't mention it at the event or after this email.

But I won't be requiring any pod coffee :-) thank you CR.
