Hi guys,
figured out that it was my anti-virus blocking the creation of the file. The attached patch actually works in a different directory. It provides the inkscape.com binary and the missing license texts in the install directory. The build output should now be feature-equal to btool.

Hi guys,
i just added the Windows console binary and the missing license text files to the CMake config. However, it fails to install inkscape.com because it's being renamed. I'll have a look at that next week.

it has already found its way into trunk - big thank you for the quick review.
The branch I submitted now has full support for compiling Inkscape on Windows with 32-Bit and 64-Bit environments. It also supports out of
source
builds and should also work with Unix llike command lines such as
Cygwin
and MSYS. After weeks of investigation I managed to get locales to
work and
have an executable icon along with all application icons.
Excellent work, an important step forward.
I agree - that's very good news. Thanks for that!

Hi guys,
did anyone find the time to merge my patch into trunk? If not, would it be possible for me to get access to trunk? Since the last merge of my branch had far more than three commits, I think I would be eligible for that. I do have some other changes for improving the build on MSYS shells and having to ask for small patches being merged by someone just slows down the whole process quite a bit.

Hi Sebastian,
I've added you to ~inkscape.dev, so you should now be able to commit directly. Please bear in mind that the repo is public, so please test patches before committing, and you're still encouraged to use merge requests for large/complex changes.
Welcome on board :)
