Partial German translation
Hi,
here is an (incomplete) de.po for an older Inkscape CVS snapshot from June 6th. The status is 652 translated messages, 154 fuzzy translations, 129 untranslated messages.
If you look through the file, there are some strings marked up with "!!!" where (sometimes) the original string makes it hard to translate (plural forms etc.). When I get some time, I will file proper bugreports about them, unless someone wants to look at it before that :)

I noticed two places where the translation might not be correct (see the translation comments):
#. TRANSLATORS: this is "T-zero", not "to" #: src/dialogs/object-attributes.cpp:68 msgid "T0:" msgstr "NACH:"
#. TRANSLATORS: "drag" means "resistance" here #: src/toolbox.cpp:1657 msgid "Drag:" msgstr "Ziehen:"

Ouch. The trouble is that I didn't have the time (nor the bandwidth) to build inkscape myself in order to check for correctness (my Solaris compilation effort is on a different machine and I'm having intltool problems there). Sorry.

Oh, indeed. I guess this was already in the existing de.po (I don't remember translating this). Could you just change this to "T0" for me?

Well, "resistance" would be "Widerstand" in German, but I guess there is a reason that "resistance" is not actually in the msgid. Please delete that translation for now, until I get a chance to look at it in context.
