[Inkscape][Devel][Windows][MinGW][Bazaar on Cygwin]
Hello everyone,
I spent some time to build Inkscape on a windows, using his wiki : wiki.inkscape.org/wiki/index.php/Compiling_Inkscape_on_Windows
As it was pretty hard and I had to "fix" (I mean to work around) many issues (7 in fact), I summed up everything in order to ease the way for people that would have the same problem.

Hmm... If I can force him to reboot out of Linux, I'll see about testing the build with my 15-year old. :-)
