From what I remember, there is a repository to provide .deb files for
SVN revisions. Should we add it to http://inkscape.org/download/, "Compiled Packages" section?

I don't really remember. It was once mentioned on #inkscape and I happen to have one or two .deb files from it, but metadata in the files references to ubuntu developers mailing list only
