It definitely is. Both pages referring to it are fixed now to point to the right place.
Maybe we could have on the status page for each translation a basic update (such as "currently working on updating content for version 0.46"), then have a list of areas of focus, and use the page as a discussion page.

This brings up another point: It's probably a good idea to "version" the manual, so that at the end of updating the content we will call it 0.46, then keep up with the current Inkscape version. Whatever is published is a snapshot, so when we reach the final revision for each version (i.e. a "stable" 0.46 version) we publish it, then the live manual is the working version until the next publish version.
This is what we intended to do :)
