Hi Brynn,
currently, I think there are no compiled dev versions for Windows available.
They exist for OS X (made by suv, not sure if they are regular) and for
Ubuntu (created automatically), just as the website says.
I think Partha only compiles the packages for the official pre-...
versions, theAdib (who created the current official binaries) might have
precompiled Windows versions, but I don't think he's uploading them
anywhere. I don't know who else makes Windows binaries.
