[Inkscape-docs] translations and images

Hi,

Looks like I'm not able to upload any image ("Invalid base directory: /var/www/floss_translat_translate/pub") and I can't get access to the directory with original images (we don't want to duplicate images that have no localizable content, do we?)

Could this please be fixed?
