[Inkscape-docs] Tutorial links duplicated on website

Hi all, while trying to figure out the cause of a series of reports about broken links to the tutorials [1] I noticed we have partially duplicated content regarding tutorials at 1. https://inkscape.org/en/learn/ and 2. https://inkscape.org/en/learn/tutorials/ Does anybody remember why this structure was chosen (or is it an accident ;-) )? Are there any objections to moving all tutorial links to (b.) and only leave the "Written Tutorials" link with a short summary on (a.)?
