Hi Victor,
I've never seen any kind of system requirements for using Inkscape. And I've been using it since 2007. And I've looked for it too.
I think it would be benficial for the project to publish this info, and from time to time have thought of writing up a feature request. But I never quite got the nerve up.
Maybe a developer will know why or why not?

Which pointed to the Effects, Extensions... but not to the actual requirements (Software and hardware) needed to run Inkscape on one's local machine.
If this really does not exist anywhere could we add this in the website or in the wiki somewhere? What are the team's thoughts on this?
