[Inkscape-docs] new pm notification

Hi Friends, I've noticed the little envelope icon no longer flashes, when I have a new message. I've double-checked the Notification Settings. I have the email alert enabled. Does that disable the flashing icon? I looked through the Issues in the Inkscape-web gitlab account, but didn't see this. Should I make a new Issue report for this? Or is it not supposed to flash anymore? Thanks, brynn
