[Inkscape-docs] Shield data left out

Hi,

I don't know whether or not I'm responsible (that would be very weird) but it seems that the shield tabs and banners have gone, leaving a blank area on the homepage, both in draft and published versions: https://inkscape.org/en/

Would somebody know why? Martin, are you working on it? -- Sylvain
