I've edited the TOC further so that it reflects more closely the full
feature set. It still is not perfect, of course, and I'll be revising
it more, but it's mostly complete, and now it's divided into proper
sections. If anyone has any suggestions, please speak.
Maybe it would be good if everyone involved worked to get at least one
chapter's contents roughly finished by the booksprint. Obviously it
would be a personal commitment, but would be a good place to start.
One more week! Can't wait to meet you all!
