With revision 16217 docs in English are separated into smaller files (one chapter - one file) and moved to xml/en/ directory.
Wenow need the Makefle to be adjusted and XSL styles to handle XInclude. Colin? :)

Done for the dblatex-en, en and singleen targets.
FWIW, I would suggest renaming the index.xml file to e.g. inkscape_user_manual_en.xml so that generated files from that can automatically have a useful filename when used standalone.

I just tried to "make en" and it works (with many errors, some of which I can track down), but the intro.xml and menu-paths.xml files don't seem to be included in the html build. The index file syntax seems okay (those entries are the same as the others) so I have no idea what's wrong. All the other files appear to be included.
