[Inkscape-translator] Volunteering Dutch

Hello,

Lately I noticed a lot of content isn't translated into Dutch. I like to volunteer to help. I have some experience in translating wiki pages (https://manual.cgeo.org) and noticed this part isn't translated at all. Of course I'm willing to translate nl.po files too but I think you have already enough people there.
