Well, the wiki really needs an update...
The docbook Inskcape User Manual is no longer maintained. It was replaced in
2009 with an online manual on FlossManuals (http://en.flossmanuals.net/).
Translation is possible, but the UI is not very convenient (the new booki
project, currently work in progress, should bring some new tools). Please use
the related mailing list (Discuss@...274...) for details.
